Reporting
Reports live in the Calltag admin. There is no GA4 connection and no customer webhook in this version.
Match status
- Matched — one click or a redeemed code is tied to the call.
- Ambiguous match — more than one click sat in the time window; the latest click is used and flagged.
- Unmatched — no usable click or code (for example nothing in the window, number ignored, or the call happened before the first click).
Caller numbers are stored encrypted and shown masked in the UI.

Clicks & Calls
The admin Clicks & Calls page (still at /calls) has two tabs.
Calls: filter by number, date, match status, and call status (answered, missed, busy, voicemail, and similar). Caller numbers are masked. Paginated. Unmatched calls include a reason such as no click in the window, number ignored, number unknown, or call before the first recorded click. Matched rows also show method, candidate count, click attributes, page/UTM, visitor id, and code when present.
Clicks: visitor id, dialled number, page path, UTMs, received time, click attributes, and match method when a click is linked to a call. Defaults to the last 7 days unless you set a date range. Viewers can export clicks as CSV (same number and date filters) to join against CDRs in another system. The download uses the signed-in session, not an API key.
Empty From/To means last 7 days on both tabs and on CSV export. Clear filters restores that default and drops number, match, and status (and stays on the current tab). Date pickers are limited to the earliest and latest recorded click or call (through today), and To cannot be earlier than From.
